Engineering Physics 1/2: Grade 9
This course meets the same graduation and college entrance requirements as Physics 1/2. However, in addition to the traditional labs covered by Physics 1/2, Engineering Physics incorporates carefully-designed, engineering-based projects that extend beyond the scope of standard high school physics classes. It also covers mechanics and electricity in greater depth, providing freshmen a solid foundation for success in the Dos Pueblos Engineering Academy (DPEA). This course is a Lab Science which meets the “d” requirement for the University of California.
